To begin your return, please contact us at support@bbears.shop and include the order number, purchaser name, a contact number/email, and the reason for your return. From there, we will issue a full refund if the product is undamaged.
BB Ears ships to all 48 contiguous states for a flat rate of $5 per order.
Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA within 3 business days and usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $10 which usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive.
